Frank L. Kollman
is a management labor law attorney and litigator. He has defended employers in court and before government agencies throughout the United States, and he has lectured nationally on labor law, employment discrimination, and occupational safety and health. He writes regular columns for several trade associations.
His law firm, Kollman & Saucier, P.A., maintains an interactive website at
. The firm is recognized nationally in labor and employment law, and its members have authored numerous books and articles on those subjects. Frank has the highest rating, AV, from Martindale Hubbell, has been recognized by the international ratings firm Chambers and Partners.
