McKenna Reitz is a transformative leader, motivational speaker, and author of Never Have a Bad Hair Day: Redefining Resilience by Embracing Life’s Challenges. With an 18-year career as an award-winning AP Psychology teacher, McKenna has shaped the lives of countless students and educators. She is also a celebrated varsity volleyball coach, recognized in the BCSN Top 20 Coaches of the Past 20 Years and a recipient of multiple Coach of the Year awards.

As an alopecia warrior, McKenna uses her personal experiences to inspire resilience and empower others to turn obstacles into opportunities for growth. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Secondary Education from Hope College and a Master of Educational Technology from the University of Toledo. McKenna’s impact has been recognized through accolades such as Toledo's 20 Under 40 and the I Make a Difference teacher award.

In addition to her work in education and coaching, McKenna is a Private Banking Associate at Waterford Bank. Her work has been featured in media outlets such as Forbes, Good Morning America, and The Jennifer Hudson Show, solidifying her as a respected thought leader in education, resilience, and leadership. McKenna resides in Sylvania, Ohio, with her family, continuing her mission to inspire and lead with purpose.
