Mike Scheetz, Partner, Plante Moran

 Mike helps family-owned, closely held, and private equity clients save money in taxes by taking advantage of deductions, credits, and deferral opportunities. Many of his clients are in the manufacturing, construction, and service industries and he specializes in tax planning, tax structuring, entity selection, and strategy. 

Kylie James, Senior, Plante Moran

Kylie helps clients be proactive in tax planning and navigate transaction-related issues. She splits her time between family-owned, closely held clients and transactionally active, private equity-owned clients, most of which are in the commercial tax space (construction, service, and manufacturing). Her experience with corporate and flow-through taxation helps clients save tax dollars by identifying various tax reduction opportunities. Her clients have ranged from single location entities to multi-entity consolidated corporations with multiple locations throughout the United States and abroad.
